 FBMFOX software provides a service allowing interaction with the Facebook social network provided by Facebook, Inc. Note that this third-party service has separate and independent privacy policies. FBMFOX will therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of third-party links. California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)



CalOPPA requires commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. This law extends throughout the United States and conceivably the world and requires any person or company that provides a service that collects Personally Identifiable Information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website explicitly stating what the information collected is used for, as well as the individuals or companies with whom it is being shared.
